FOOLISHNESS OF AKBAR

One day a horse dealer came to see Akbar,the greatest Mughal Emperor.The Emperor did not know him but advanced him a large sum of money for horse.The man went away with the money saying that he would bring the horse whithin a few days.Birbal was at that time making a list of fools he knew.Akbar looked at the list and found that His named topped the list.Akbar asked Birbal the reason.Birbal answered,”Because you advanced money to a man whom you do not know.I am sure that he would not bring the horse you want.”And what will do if he does?”asked Akbar.”I shall take your name off and then put the horse dealer’s name in your place as the greatest of fools,”said Birbal.
